Overview

The CyberFOX Password Manager integration with Autotask PSA allows you to quickly provision customers with CyberFOX Password Manager and to update Autotask billing contracts with up-to-date user counts from CyberFOX Password Manager.
 

Functionality of the integration

CyberFOX Password Manager to Autotask

• Map companies in CyberFOX Password Manager to companies in Autotask.
   
• Map CyberFOX Password Manager products to Autotask Services.
   
• Update user counts from CyberFOX Password Manager on Autotask Contracts.
   
• Scheduled and on-demand syncing between CyberFOX Password Manager and Autotask.
   

Autotask to CyberFOX Password Manager

• Create companies in CyberFOX Password Manager from existing companies in Autotask.
   
• Update company names in CyberFOX Password Manager when name changes occur in Autotask.
   
• Add new companies in CyberFOX Password Manager by importing from Autotask.
   

Requirements

Autotask Contracts

• CyberFOX Password Manager will update Recurring Services contracts in Autotask.
   
• Make sure each of your customers who will be syncing from CyberFOX Password Manager to Autotask has a Recurring Service contract set up first.
   

Autotask Services

• CyberFOX Password Manager will map subscription levels in CyberFOX Password Manager to Services in Autotask.
  Services are configured in Autotask from Admin -> Products & Services -> Services.
  You will need to add two new services for the two subscription levels in CyberFOX Password Manager:
   
• CyberFOX Password Manager Standard
   
• CyberFOX Password Manager Advanced
   

Limitation

If the subscription level changes for a customer, for example, the customer is changed from Standard to Advanced, you will need to manually edit the Contract in Autotask to remove the old subscription level. The new subscription level will be added, but the current API from Autotask does not allow for removing Services from contracts.
