Local Diagnostic Mode for an agent can be set by changing or adding a new REG_DWORD value to the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\AutoElevate registry key, you will need to run Regedit as Admin to do this.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\AutoElevate

Change or Add LocalDiagnosticLoggingEnabled to 1 for ON and 0 for OFF (or remove it for off)

Once this has been set, please try what was failing previously or perform whatever actions you were instructed to do from the support document or AutoElevate support technician. Once you are done, go to the C:\Program Files (x86)\AutoElevate directory, zip the contents of the logs directory, and email it to support@autoelevate.com (or as a reply to an existing open ticket)

Once we have those files, we can troubleshoot and assist you further.

NOTE: DO NOT LEAVE THIS SETTING ENABLED. Once you are done testing, please turn it off as it can hinder performance if enabled during normal operation.
