Each user has a personal profile and a team profile in the Password Boss app, where they can store items.  The team profile name is set when your account was originally created. If you want to change the profile name for the team profile, an admin for your account can make this change from the Password Boss portal.

Changing the team profile name

1. Login to the portal as an admin user on your team account.
    
2. Click on Account Settings.
    
3. In the Profile section, you will see the current team name. Change the team name and click save. Team names are limited to 12 characters, allowing the full name to appear in the Password Boss app on all devices.
    
4. The new name will appear in team members' profiles the next time they log into their Password Boss account.
