Resetting your account and starting over

CyberFOX Password Manager does not know your Master Password, and we cannot assist in recovering it. If you are one of our Desktop client users, there is no way to reset it for you without losing your data. This article covers how a user resets the master password and deletes all the account data. This process will not change your subscription status.

If you are a WebApp user and have your recovery key, you can reset your Master Password without losing your data.

Warning: If you no longer have access to the email address associated with your account, you will need to contact customer service to change your email address before you attempt to reset the Master Password. Without the verification emails, you will be unable to complete the process of deleting your account and starting over.
