Overview
The AutoElevate Admin Portal is moving to a new address. The new portal, which has been available in beta since September 2026, becomes the main portal in early November 2026. You sign in with the same account, and your companies, computers, rules and settings are the same. Only the address and the interface change.
This article lists the portal addresses and what happens on cutover day. We will announce the exact date before we switch.
Portal Addresses
| Portal | Address | What happens at cutover |
|---|---|---|
| New portal | https://autoelevate.cyberfox.com | Available now in beta. This is the permanent address. Update your bookmarks to this one. |
| Current portal | https://msp.autoelevate.com | After cutover, opening this address in a browser takes you to the new portal. Agents and integrations that use this address keep working. |
| Legacy portal | https://legacy.autoelevate.com | The old portal stays available at this address for a limited time after cutover, in case you need it. |
What's New in the New Portal
The new portal uses the same data and the same workflows. The main changes:
- A cleaner sidebar with a scope switcher: move between your organization and individual companies from any page.
- A rebuilt Dashboard: a cleaner set of cards with a quick date-range control at the top.
- One grid for every list: Computers, Elevation Requests, Elevation and Blocker Rules, Audit Logs and every other list now share the same grid, with saved views, filter, sort, group and column controls, a date-range control, bulk actions with export, and one consistent way to open and act on rows.
- Cleaner detail pages and forms: company, user and settings pages use a sectioned layout that is easier to scan and fill in.
- Dark mode designed for dark: the new dark theme was designed from the start instead of recoloring the old look.
- Updated CyberFOX branding and a stronger foundation: modern tooling under the hood for faster loads and better stability.
To compare the old and new screens side by side, see the before-and-after report.
What Happens at Cutover
- Before cutover: both portals work. In the new portal, the Beta Portal label above Audit Logs in the left menu links back to the current portal and to this article.
-
On cutover day: opening
msp.autoelevate.comin a browser takes you toautoelevate.cyberfox.com. Sign in as usual. - After cutover: the new portal label changes to New Portal, with links to this article and to the legacy portal. The legacy portal stays available for a limited time, and we will let you know before it is turned off. The legacy portal does not receive updates.
Improvements to the new portal continue after cutover. Not everything planned for the new portal is in the first release.
If your organization uses SSO with Entra ID, the Partner API, or a ticketing integration, you do not need to change anything for the new address.
Feedback and Objections
If something in the new portal blocks your team, tell us before the cutover date. Post on the Admin Portal Modernization page, where all beta feedback is collected, or contact CyberFOX Support. The cutover date can move if there is a good reason.
