Policy Description

This policy limits what non-admins can export out of their CyberFOX Password Manager accounts. When this policy is enabled, non-admin users will not be able to export anything, or they will be able to export just the contents of their personal profile.
 

Settings

• The default value is DISABLED
   
• When this policy is ENABLED, non-admin users will be blocked from exporting anything, or will only be able to export their personal profile based on the setting selected.
   
• When this policy is DISABLED, all users can use the export functionality.
   

Recommendation

• We recommend MSPs enable this policy and block exports for all non-admin users.
   
• We recommend discussing this policy with your clients to determine if this policy is appropriate for each client.
   

Availability

This policy is available to all companies with a paid or trial business subscription.
