How to disable 2FA for a user

The ability to disable 2FA for a user's account requires that the person logging in to the Partner Portal has the Disable user 2FA permission. By default, this permission is only applied to members of the Admin role in the Partner Portal. This permission can be added to any other Partner Portal roles as needed.

How to disable 2FA for a user

  1. In the Partner Portal, edit the user account you need to disable 2FA for.

  2. Click the Disable 2FA link.

  3. Click OK to confirm.

(Note: this link does not appear if you do not have permission to disable 2FA)
