Overview
The CyberFOX Password Manager integration with Kaseya BMS allows you to quickly provision customers with CyberFOX Password Manager and to update Kaseya billing contracts with up-to-date user counts from CyberFOX Password Manager.

- Scheduled and on-demand syncing between CyberFOX Password Manager and Kaseya.
Kaseya to CyberFOX Password Manager
- Create companies in CyberFOX Password Manager from existing companies in Kaseya.
- Update company names in CyberFOX Password Manager when name changes occur in Kaseya.
- Add new companies in CyberFOX Password Manager by importing from Kaseya.
Requirements
Kaseya Contracts
- CyberFOX Password Manager will update Recurring Services contracts in Kaseya.
- Make sure each of your customers who will be syncing from CyberFOX Password Manager to Kaseya has a Recurring Service contract set up first.
Kasyea Services
- CyberFOX Password Manager will synchronize subscription levels to Kaseya Services.
- Kaseya Services are added to Recurring Service contracts
- Services can be added in Kaseya from Admin->Finance->Services
