Overview of the CyberFOX Portal
When you sign into the CyberFOX portal, you have several options to manage your organizations and users, as well as the billing for the services that you are subscribed to.
Visit https://app.cyberfox.com to get started.

- This is your Organization Name, which you are currently signed into.
- This is your User profile, where you can:
- Update your email address and name in the Profile.
- Activate Two-Factor Authentication using an authenticator app to secure and protect your login.
- Update your billing information, Subscriptions, and view invoices
- Change your password
- Sign Out.

- Create and manage your Organizations under you.
- Create and manage your Users under your organization.
- Manage the DNS service. This is where you manage policies, companies, categories, block pages, reporting, and review unblocking requests.
- This is where you report any issues to our support team.
Overview of the DNS Filtering Service Portal
From the CyberFOX portal, where you manage your users and organizations. You click on the CyberFOX DNS Filtering portal to manage the settings in the service. Start by clicking on GO

Once the DNS Filtering Service Portal has opened, this is where you manage all parts of the DNS Filtering Service.

Policies: You create and Manage Policies for your entire Organization. This is also where you can edit a policy, add or remove domain categories, and set a default policy that is assigned to all companies when they are created.

Companies: Create and manage all of your companies. You can also download an Agent, set locations, add roaming profiles, and add company-level Domain Overrides. You can also change the parent organization if you have admin permission.

Categories: Create and manage categories, change the priority of a category, and add/remove domains from within the category.

Block Page: This is where you create and manage the custom block pages you make for your organization. This allows you to create unique messaging for each Company, Location, or Roaming Profile.

Reports: View various reports by Company, showing permitted and blocked traffic, and export them for your own reporting needs.

Query Log: Review recent DNS queries to create more customized reports based on Domain, Location, Device, and outcome of DNS requests.

Domain Reviews: This feature displays all outstanding domain unblocking requests that require review, and enables you to create an override policy for each request.

The profile that you are signed in as allows you to log out.

The Organization that you are currently signed into.
