If you need to force a user to change their Master Password, you can do this from the user account in the portal. If you want to require all of your users to change their master password on a regular basis you can enable the master password change security policy and set a maximum age for the master password and when a previous master password can be reused.

  1. Login to the portal with an admin account

  2. From the left menu, choose Users

  3. Click the Edit button for the user you want to change

  4. Check the box Must change password at next login

  5. Click Save

  6. When the user logs into the Password Boss app the next time, they must choose a new master password.
