Domain Review Approval Process

If you have configured your Block page with the {{allowreq-form}} token. When a user attempts to access a blocked domain, they can use the request form on the block page to request access to the domain. This form allows users to submit a request for the domain to be reviewed and potentially unblocked.

Admin Notification

Once a request is submitted, the admin receives an email notification with details about the requested domain. The admin can then review the request and decide whether to allow or block the domain.

As the Admin, log in to the DNS portal and click on Domain Reviews. This is where you will view all outstanding requests and take the necessary action.

You can take two actions:

  • Approve
    • When approved, you will have the option to configure a Domain Override for either the Company or the requester's location or device, depending on where the user made the request.

  • Delete
    • Deleting the request is a denial.
