Policy Description


When enabled only administrators for your team are able to use the export functionality in Password Boss to export data from the Windows or Mac clients. You cannot export data from a mobile phone. 

 

Settings


  • The default value is OFF
     
  • When this policy is ON, only administrators can use the export functionality.
     
  • When this policy is OFF, all users can use the export functionality.
     

Recommendation


We recommend reviewing your internal policies on data retention to see if this policy applies to your team.
 

Availability


This policy is available to all accounts with a paid or trial business subscription.
