Sharing items with team members

When you share items using Password Boss Business you can choose recipients from the list of users in your team or from the list of groups your admin has created.
Selecting users and groups from your team as share recipients
PC & Mac

Create or edit a new share and select the items you want to share.
- In the Recipient field, click the drop-down arrow to show your team's list of users and groups.

Select the user(s) or group(s), choose the permissions, click Add.
- Click Share item.
iOS & Android

Create or edit a new share and select the items you want to share.
- On the recipient's screen tap the user(s) or group(s) you want to add as a recipient.
- Tap Next.

Enter a name and a duration for the share.
- Tap Share item.
